| Originally, mlDonkey was a Linux client for the eDonkey network. Now it also supports gnutella, Direct-Connect, Soulseek, openNapster, and others. It runs as a daemon, in the background, that can run, downloading and sharing files, 24 hours a day. | What is STADRIN? STADRIN is easy install utility, designed as an accessory for Linux that allows strong authentication for system services that support PAM. The application allows Linux to use strong one time passwords (OTP) instead of weak static password. One time password is then generated by VASCO authentication calculator called token which is protected by user defined PIN. STADRIN is unique product on the world market. Though its new release it is becoming popular among Linux administrators very fast. What is the benefit? STADRIN will assure you calm dreams, because you will not be worried about unauthorized access to the network. | Ion is a tiling tabbed window manager designed with keyboard users in mind. Ion was written as an experiment on a different kind of window management model. It tries to address the navigation problem by dividing the screen into mutually non-overlapping frames that take up the whole screen. Big displays have so much space that this should be convenient and smaller displays couldn't show more than one window at a time anyway. The frame layout is, of course, dynamic and different on each workspace. Given the organised tree based instead of an unorganised coordinate-based frame layout, moving between the frames can be conveniently done from the keyboard. As in PWM, the frames may have multiple clients attached, each indicated with a tab. | ||
