Mailm
Mailm is a command-line, non-interactive program for creating and sending a mail message. You can use it to send e-mail from a script or another program. Features include: multi-part messages (attachments), character set conversion of text, automatic selection of base64 or quoted-printable encoding, non-ascii header fields encoded with with RFC 2047, user-defined header fields and much more
