| WideMP3 is a relatively simple distributed MP3 encoder. It works in a client-server fashion, with one or more servers, and generally a single client. The client distributes the raw audio to the servers, which encodes it and sends it back. Encoding is done via an external MP3 encoder program (BladeEnc is recommended). |
