ChkTeX | http://baruch.ev-en.org/proj/chktex/ | 2276x |
| This program has been written in frustration because some constructs in LaTeX are sometimes non-intuitive, and easy to forget. It is _not_ a replacement for the built-in checker in LaTeX; however it catches some typographic errors LaTeX oversees. In other words, it is Lint for LaTeX. Filters are also provided for checking the LaTeX parts of CWEB documents. | ||

Laserprt | http://www.kootenay.com/~bvdpoel | 2254x |
| Two Column Laser Print Utility So many versions of this program probably exist under one name or another, I am hesitant to release yet-another-version. However, it is the one I use on a very regular basis and it works very well. Laserprt takes as its input standard text files, or files prepared with *roff programs and prints it out 2 pages to a landscape sheet. Headers are printed on each page (but can be skipped), the number of lines per page can be adjusted, and documents can be printed in booklet form, or to save paper in a double sided mode (4 pages per sheet). Current versions contain optional A4 paper support. | ||
