The X Printing Panel (XPP) is a tool for choosing the desired printer out of a list of all printers available under CUPS and for setting printer options by an easy-to-use GUI. One simply calls the program instead of the usual utilities (lpr or lp) at the command line or out of applications.

Ansiprint is a utility for printing text files (or stdin) from remote terminals using ANSI telnet escape sequences. It was inspired by the ansiprt.c component of the University of Washington's excellent email package, PINE. However, ansiprint has been completely re-written in C++, and includes a variety of new features.
